Our venue provides an outdoor mountain ranch setting with modern amenities. You can choose to be formal or casual, as suits your own individual taste, style and budget. The grounds of the estate surrounded by mountains, trees and flowers, pond, waterefall and bridge, and exterior stairways, provide unlimited photographic opportunities. The event area can be customized for your special event to accommodate small or large parties, with plenty of room for additional tents for any size reception from intimate setting to up to 350+ guests. As all weddings, receptions and parties are held outdoors, and we encourage you to have sufficient tents set up in the event area to accommodate inclement weather.

Portable restroom facilities for you and your guests will be available at the wedding/ reception site. Please review the amenities that are included under our Event Fee Schedule. Our grounds are beautifully groomed and well maintained and our annual and perennial flowers are in full bloom in late May or early June, and will last until the first frost (late September), dependant on weather.

The Bridal/Event lounge area and dressing room provides an area to dress, relax, do hair, makeup and nails (you can have these service providers and the photographer to come to the site and use this area to pamper and photograph the bride and bridal party or other such event use). The bridal lounge and dressing room have plenty of mirrors, a mini fridge for beverages and snacks so you can pamper and also a clothing steamer, iron board and iron, and a sewing machine and other such items to help you deal with those last minute details with a minimum of stress.

All of our events are held outdoors. Weather is unpredictable. When rain is forecast, we would suggest the ceremony be moved to the reception site underneath the tent. You may elect to use the barn area, which is rustic, as a backup in the event of inclement weather, or if you need more covered area for your function and choose not to rent an additional tent. As this is a working facility, and we have cows and horses on site, the barn is used for it’s intended purpose, and we need to know in advance if you intend to use it for additional space for your event, and there is an additional fee for using the barn area. For a smaller or more casual event, you may not need an additional tent other than the one provided. You will need to hire an outside company to erect and take down all rental tents at the ceremony site other than the tent provided by us. You or your wedding coordinator can work with our event manager to assist in these details..
Refunds are not made in the event of rain or any other natural disaster.

You may arrange catering or provide your own food and non-alcoholic beverages of your choice. You have the advantage of the catering kitchen facilities with a stove and refrigerator and deep sink for clean up to make it easier for your or your caterer to meet your needs. Alcoholic beverages must be provided and served by a licensed vendor or you must provide acceptable liability event insurance.

Guests should be encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and park in our designated self service parking area, with a convenient drop off area for those unable to walk the short distance. We are conveniently centrally located in the Flathead Valley between Kalispell, Whitefish, and Columbia Falls, on a paved road, so dust from traffic will not be an annoyance to your event. When planning to decorate the reception area, it is best to do this between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 P.M. the day of the event, depending on the time of your wedding or event. In many cases, the tents are erected the morning of the event or the day before. If you would like to get an earlier start decorating the wedding or reception site, contact our office and our event manager will work to coordinate this with you.

To be respectful of neighboring property owners. music and noise volume must be kept to acceptable levels, and music must end by 9:00 p.m. for events Sunday-Thursday and guests leave the premises by 10:00 p.m., and music must end by 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and all guests must leave the premises by 12:00 p.m. as the gates will be closed at the time guests are to leave the premises and not be opened until 7:00 a.m. the following day.
